Well Test

The SCADASuite Well Test application works with Schneider Electric's Realflo gas and liquids flow computer for SCADAPack RTUs to allow you to reuse the same instrumentation path to test production from multiple wells. Up to three independent 3 phase separators are supported.
No measurement is done in Well Test application itself. All measurement is done using Realflo, ensuring API compliance. The Well Test application is used to configure Realflo with the product properties of the well under test. The Well Test application stores up to 32 different gas compositions and 32 liquid product types.
When a test is started, the Well Test application will configure Realflo with the correct gas composition and liquid product type. After configuration is complete, the Well Test application will wait until each flow run has accumulated its purge volume. Once the instrumentation path is purged, the Well Test application starts a new batch in the flow computer.
The Well Test application will automatically stop the Realflo batch when the test time has elapsed. Test results can easily be logged without writing any ladder logic by using the Datalogs application. The Well Test application makes it easy to trigger the Datalog application when a test is complete.
